We understand that visiting a private GP clinic for the first time can feel daunting. Here's what your appointment will look like:
Check in at our friendly reception desk. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork or medical history forms.
A qualified, GMC-registered GP will welcome you and take time to listen to your health concerns, symptoms, and medical history in a confidential setting.
We will discuss your symptoms and concerns thoroughly, answer your questions, and where appropriate, perform a physical examination to understand your health needs.
You will receive a clear diagnosis and personalised treatment plan. If follow-up appointments, blood tests, or specialist referrals are needed, we will book these before you leave. You will have everything clearly explained in writing.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency department. For non-emergency medical advice outside our opening hours, call NHS 111.
