By booking an appointment, attending the clinic, signing any patient documentation, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend you review these Terms periodically.

Lambert Medical PracticeWe provide a range of private medical and diagnostic services including, but not limited to: private GP consultations (in-person and online); blood tests and laboratory investigations; allergy testing (ALEX3); health screening and health checks; hormone testing; Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT); Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT); weight management and injectable weight loss therapies; travel health and vaccinations; STI testing; IV therapy and vitamin infusions; medico-legal assessments (DVLA, fit to fly, insurance, boxing medicals); sick notes and GP letters; private prescriptions; physiotherapy; sports massage; sports therapy; and specialist referrals.
All services, treatments, and packages provided by BMZ Lambert Sports Clinic Ltd are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are available on our website and on our clinic premises at all times. It is your responsibility to review them. By proceeding with any treatment or service, you confirm you have done so.
Our services are available to patients aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated. Patients under 18 may be seen only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who must accompany the minor to the appointment.
By using our services or website, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (2) you are not a minor, or if a minor, have received parental permission; (3) you will not use the services for any unlawful purpose; and (4) your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any booking.
Lambert Medical Practice is a private outpatient clinic and is not an emergency service. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or any life-threatening condition — you must call 999 immediately or attend your nearest NHS Accident & Emergency department. Do not contact or attend the clinic in place of emergency services.
Appointments may be made online, by telephone or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete. Effective 1st August 2024, all appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. This policy ensures appointment security and helps us maintain smooth scheduling.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by telephone (0208 133 5694) or email (reception@lambertsportsclinic.co.uk) during clinic opening hours.
No refunds are offered for cancelled appointments. Instead, the following options apply:
In the event that we must cancel an appointment due to practitioner illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances but will always work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Please arrive punctually for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to see you within your allotted time. Your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and late arrivals do not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
The terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (section 6) supersede any other terms, conditions, or policies presented in any form or document related to services provided by Lambert Medical Practice — including promotional materials, prior communications, or other clinic documents. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that the Refund & Cancellation Policy takes precedence over any conflicting or previous terms.

These refund and cancellation terms supersede all other documents, promotional materials, and prior communications. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Treatment packages are not tied to individual practitioners but to the specific services provided. Packages must be utilised within the following periods following the date of purchase:
Failure to use treatments within the designated time frame will result in forfeiture of any remaining sessions. Package sessions are non-transferable to another person unless expressly agreed in writing by the Practice.
All initial assessments (both free and paid) reserve a 60-minute appointment slot. The actual duration of your assessment will be determined by the clinician based on your presenting symptoms and clinical needs, and may be shorter than the full 60 minutes allocated.
Patients are required to provide a refundable deposit of £10 when booking a free assessment. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you fail to attend, the Practice reserves the right to retain the deposit.

Fees for our services are as published on our website at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend fees at any time; changes will be communicated before they take effect for pre-booked services.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash. Payments made online are processed securely by our approved payment provider.
Your consultation or appointment fee covers the primary service booked. Additional charges may apply for: laboratory tests and blood panels; private prescriptions; GP letters, medical reports and referral letters; fit to fly certificates, DVLA reports, insurance reports and medico-legal documents; and follow-up consultations. You will be informed of additional costs before they are incurred.
We are not currently registered with private medical insurance (PMI) networks. If you wish to claim through your private health insurer, please verify your eligibility with your insurer before your appointment. We can provide itemised invoices and receipts, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Any dispute with your insurer is a matter between you and them.
Where we offer subscription-based services, your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information below. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We may amend subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
All clinical services are provided at the discretion of the treating clinician following a thorough clinical assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service requested in the interests of patient safety and clinical appropriateness. Services are not tied to individual practitioners but to the specific service provided.
Our clinicians will provide you with clear information about proposed treatments, tests, and procedures — including benefits, risks, and alternatives — so that you can give your informed consent before proceeding. You have the right to refuse any treatment or investigation.
You must provide our clinicians with an accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, allergies, previous diagnoses, and relevant past medical history. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from information that was withheld or misrepresented by you.
Whilst our clinicians exercise all reasonable professional care and skill, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We make no warranty as to the outcome of any consultation, investigation, or treatment.
Private prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of the prescribing clinician and governed by applicable UK law including the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. Repeat prescriptions are not automatically provided and are subject to clinical review.
Blood test results will be communicated via your patient portal, by telephone, or follow-up consultation as clinically appropriate. Abnormal results requiring urgent attention will be communicated promptly. It is your responsibility to ensure we hold current and accurate contact details. We accept no responsibility for delayed results arising from incorrect contact information provided by you.
We maintain confidential medical records in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and all applicable NHS and regulatory guidance. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to request access to your medical records. Requests should be made in writing to reception@lambertsportsclinic.co.uk.

Any violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including removal from the premises and potential legal action.
Our staff reserve the right to immediately terminate any session or refuse service to any client who engages in behaviour of a sexual, aggressive, intimidating or otherwise inappropriate nature. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and the client may be permanently banned from future services at our clinic.
Clients found in violation of our conduct policies will face immediate consequences including, but not limited to: termination of the current session; being banned from future appointments; and potential reporting to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to report any criminal behaviour to the police.
Retaliation against any staff member who reports inappropriate behaviour or harassment is strictly prohibited. We are committed to ensuring that staff feel safe and supported in reporting incidents without fear of retribution.

We aim to acknowledge written complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) (www.cqc.org.uk / 03000 616161) or the General Medical Council (GMC) (www.gmc-uk.org) for concerns about an individual doctor's conduct.
All content on our website — including text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, video content, and clinical articles — is owned by or licensed to BMZ Lambert Sports Clinic Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
The “Lambert Medical Practice” name, logo, and associated marks are trade marks of BMZ Lambert Sports Clinic Ltd. Any breach of these intellectual property rights will constitute a material breach of these Terms and your right to use our services will terminate immediately.
By submitting any question, comment, suggestion, idea, or feedback to us, you agree to assign all intellectual property rights in such submission to us. We shall be entitled to its unrestricted use for any lawful purpose.
