The numbers

Why subscribe vs one-off testing?

A one-off Comprehensive Health Check at Lambert costs £439. Two a year comes to £878. Our Premium membership gives you the same frequency of testing — with more biomarkers, a GP consultation each time, up to 4 prescriptions, and 4× 3D body scans — for just £450/year on annual billing.

But the real value isn't just the saving. It's continuity. A GP who sees your results twice a year doesn't just read numbers — they track what's changing, and why. That's the difference between a data point and insight.

The process

How it works

Simple, clinical, and built around your schedule. Your membership runs in the background — you show up, we do the rest.

1
Join online

Choose your plan, complete a short health questionnaire, and set up your membership. Takes under 5 minutes.

2
Book your blood draw

Attend the clinic at 380 Ewell Road, Surbiton. Most patients are in and out in under 20 minutes. No fasting required for most panels.

3
Results & GP review

Results land in your HaemoSync portal within 24–48 hours, already reviewed by your GP. Premium and Platinum members get a follow-up call.

4
Repeat at 6 months

We'll remind you when your next test is due. Over time, your GP builds a clear picture of what's normal for you — and catches anything that isn't.

A real GP, not an algorithm

Every result is reviewed by a GMC-registered GP before it reaches you. If something needs attention, they act on it — not just flag it.

Trend data that matters

A single snapshot is useful. Six months of data is clinical intelligence. Your GP sees how your results move — not just where they sit today.

A full practice behind your results

If your results need follow-up — a prescription, a referral, a scan — you're already at a CQC-registered practice. No extra waiting lists.

Frequently asked questions

Memberships run on a 12-month minimum term. After your first year, auto-renewal is active by default. To stop renewal, give us 1 month's written notice before your renewal date — by email or phone is fine. There are no exit fees after the minimum term.

Unused prescriptions and 3D body scan allowances do not roll over into your next membership year. We'll proactively remind you as your renewal approaches so you don't miss out. Scans take under 5 minutes and can be added to any visit.

Yes — and you'll have a head start. Your previous GP notes and any existing HaemoSync results carry forward automatically. Your reviewing GP will be able to compare your first membership test against your history from day one, giving you richer trend data than a new patient would have.

Your results are reviewed by a GMC-registered GP before they appear in your portal. If a result requires urgent action, a clinician will contact you directly — you will never be left to interpret an out-of-range result on your own. Where treatment or further investigation is needed, your GP can arrange this at the practice, often the same day.

The 3D body composition scan is performed by our reception team using our in-clinic scanner. No separate clinical appointment is needed — it slots in alongside your blood draw, typically taking under 5 minutes. Results are added to your HaemoSync report.

Lambert Health Membership is built around a real, CQC-registered GP practice — not a consumer app. Your results are reviewed by a GMC-registered GP who knows your history. If something needs acting on, you have an actual clinical team available, not just a referral prompt. We also offer in-clinic blood draws (not home kits), meaning more biomarkers and higher sample quality.

For accurate glucose and cholesterol readings, we recommend fasting (water only) for 8–10 hours before your appointment. This means a morning appointment works well for most patients. Your confirmation email will include specific preparation instructions for your tier's panel.
